      Thanks for the review. We have recently completed a compensation review on all positions and the vast majority of our employees fall in the top quartile or above of industry pay ranges. Our benefit plan includes 90% medical, drug coverage, and paramedical coverage with a $500 per year per practitioner cap on paramedical services. We also provide 100% basic dental coverage and 50% on major and restorative.

      Pros

      - Great corporate culture with transparent quarterly updates - Great work/life balance with most roles now work from home - Invest in employees through formal sales training, and ongoing coaching and mentoring, making every mistake a positive learning opportunity - They do not micro manage - Great colleagues that care about your success as much as their own, true team environment - Extremely low turnover, and rapidly growing We did an internal survey and our approval rating of SolidCAD and management was much higher than on Glassdoor (in the 90-95% for most categories). Not sure if these negative reviews are real.
