The current executive leadership appears focused on short-term personal gains rather than the organization's long-term health. Strategic decisions frequently favor corporate politics over actual business growth or team development, despite a public narrative to the contrary. Middle management is caught in the middle, under constant pressure to execute top-down mandates while trying to shield their direct reports from the fallout. Additionally, there is a distinct lack of accountability at the top; successes are quickly claimed by executives, while failures are systematically deflected downward
