Pros

Nice work/life balance, you don't feel pressurized if your sick or need to leave for family/personal stuff. The company is easy to talk with, and they really do look like they care...

Cons

But they never listen to what you have to say. Communication is nonexistent, higher management makes changes to the organization that makes no sense whatsoever, they will change how you work and reorganize everything without consulting those it will impact. Its managed by people who have no idea what showbusiness is about, with new ERP software that are making working there a living hell. Departments don't work together, everyone wants to be his own boss and it makes a crappy environment to work in. They went for the big stuff, but overall, they forgot about the little people that make it possible for them to go for that big stuff.

Pros

Salary is ok, Benefits are ok, Not great HR are easily approchable and try to help.

Cons

Toxic environment. Non collaborative and disrespectful leaders. Promotions are offered by who you know and not by skill and performance. People are overworked and unappreciated. There are inequities on working hours and conditions, etc. DO NOT JOIN THIS TEAM.

Pros

- New Hr structure is helping to solve many issues we had (I.E pay and on-site security) - New incentive for people to grow -Constant evolution of benefits

Cons

- Extremely hard to get people hired on even if we are in need of more support - Communication is still lacking inside of company
