The work environment is highly political and toxic, with management giving unfair performance reviews that can lead to sudden salary reductions. Overtime work is frequently expected but not compensated. Tasks are assigned without proper requirements or instructions, leading to unnecessary rework. HR is uncooperative, and salary slips or experience letters are not provided before completing one year.
