      Professional atmosphere. You work independently without being micro-managed. There are a variety of campaigns and they tend to change from time to time. Most are simple to sell to the average business customer. Most Fridays the day ends early. Spiffs, company provided snacks, paid time off...

      Cons

      It takes about 3 months or more to earn a monthly bonus. The pay outside of the monthly bonus is close to minimum wage.
