Aligned in all departments in terms of working with visionaries who wants to get stuff done. Hard work gets rewarded and recognised, It’s incredibly rewarding to work with clients and help them save on payroll costs—while also contributing to the economy and improving the lives of candidates across different countries.
Cons
Adapt quickly and keep up the pace. If you’re a slow mover or need a steady 8–5 where nothing changes—this probably isn’t the place for you.

The company unexpectedly changed their commission policy without warning. They restructured the organization more than twice in a single year. This indecisiveness caused NUMBERS of instability and uncertain for employees.
