      Large company. Plenty of brands.

      Cons

      You become a manager because of social relationships, not skills. That allows some people to believe they are untouchable ... And it becomes a nightmare to work with them. I suffered harassment and could not report it.

      Huge number of projects; "Unlimited" budget to managed; Nice work space.

      Cons

      As you became older you are a good candidate to leave the company. Every year some Sonae employees are invited to leave, despite their work performance or professional "story within Sonae. You must work your social connections within Sonae in order to stay alive.
