      - Quality of products made - Rigor required to ensure this quality - Work environment (building, cleanliness) and atmosphere (truck division) - Product intended for sustainable goals ( emissions truck standards) - Diversity of tasks

      Cons

      - Transparency and informations - Modern society but old school on some points of view (home office for example) - Indirect pressure - Limited dispenses and justification required for it

      Pros

      good idea are welcome and high capycity to inovate and invest. Globally conditions are in the average. The place is a bit lost in nowwhere but it an avantage to me.

      Cons

      more and more top down management. As the company grown for year, it would be normal to give a bit more to employee like a better canteen, allow home office, ect.
