Over-promise, Under Deliver

Opportunity to work with big names in the industry, great benefits, unlimited time off.

Cons

Time off isn't actually time off. You're made to feel guilty for taking it. The senior management is a boys club with little consideration of "outsiders"-it's clear the CEO hired all of his mates. It is a technology company whose technologies are archaic at best. New ideas are not welcomed and management does not support growth. All promotions happen at the senior level and up, with legacy employees resting on their laurels. They let go a lot of people in a terrible way-likely upsetting some important people. Training is minimal and creativity is stifled.

All of our coworkers were amazing individuals.

Cons

The company is firing everyone left and right. It's created a very unstable environment. The current employees fear that their jobs will be lost and the former employees resent the company for their decisions but can say anything about it because the company bought them off. Don't work for this exploiting company! Save your self the stress.

The mission now that they have moved into ticketing is cool.

Cons

Old Songkick leadership is out. Management of the company they merged with called Crowdsurge have taken over the ship are inept and very bad people. DO NOT TRUST THEM. Little experience, awful managers, and don't give a crap about anyone but themselves.
