      Some staff have a great work ethic. Lots of team work.

      Executives are unqualified and incompetent Lots of infighting amongst the executives Inconsistent decision- making Directionless company Toxic work environment

      Easy to get a job as the interviews are very unprofessional and they tend to hire on likeability not qualifications

      Cons

      Very poor management, actually more so incompetent and unmonitored. Middle management spend way too much time creating a toxic environment and chastising staff. Low pay and a ridiculous workload which management unrealistically deems ok.

      Immediate team where very supportive and knowledgeable

      Cons

      No company goals or plans. Management do not follow policies and procedures. A lot of bullying occurs with senior management refusing to respond to employees complaints.
