Pros

The kiddos you work with are fantastic Different age groups and behavioral severity Ability to take pto No weekends and nights not required

Cons

No sick leave-you get up to 40 hours of unpaid leave (but doctors notes are NOT accepted) Human Resources does not hold themselves accountable, slacking on giving raises when they are due Yeah, you can take pto, but you only accrue one day (7 hours) PER MONTH Having to complete tasks outside of work hours with no extra pay (RBT logs, training videos, all the RBT training) Only a 35 hour work week (unless you join the after school program) with no opportunities for overtime. Poor work/life balance when trying to move up in the company due to outside of work tasks

Good morning, let's clear up this information. I'm happy to speak to you, please call me. We do have sick leave, we have PTO and give total autonomy to what you want to do with it. We start with two full weeks if full-time. We give several weeks of UPTO as well and paid holidays as well unless your attendance does not meet the requirement. Let's explain the doctors notes. We have families that don't have access to a doctor or struggle with deductibles, one of our values is Equitable Access, so to make things Equitable we set the rules the same. Everyone gets UP TO and earns time back. We also take every case by case and support in any situation if someone is unhealthy. What we do enforce is accountability. Our clients deserve the best, parents trust us with their kids so we do set standards and we do follow through. Again, I'm happy to speak with you if you have concerns or questions. Thank you!
