      Wonder place to start for a fresh graduate, makes a few life long friends.

      Pros

      Spent 14 years in the Singapore Mfg Plant.. Given lots of chance to learn and travel to numerous places due to job requirement.

      Cons

      All good things must come to an end .. and had to leave. Listen to the voice of customers when designing new products, Work as a team and remove all the silos as the previous CEO had always said !!

      Good company... but the Japanese expatriates are the cancer of this company

      It is still a nice brand and large company.

      Cons

      The Japanese expatriates are the main problem of this company. They earn equivalent to a full department payroll and contribute very little. Some of them even have a negative contributuion as they generate unnecessary work.
