Nothing to say. Not sure what is Pros now,

Cons

Very Basic insurance that does not cover dependent medical fees. Hospitalisation fee is not covered. Lots of global meeting that is just riding the motion of having a monthly meeting. There is no skip level and does not seem to have any interest in employees welfare. Product training is boring and lack of employees engagement.

Work presents good challenges, and company will not hesitate to provide you with opportunities to grow your professional capabilities. You want to learn, the opportunity is there for the taking. While demanding, the company is also generally forgiving. I came into the company through an acquisition, and the company is welcoming and trusting enough to give me a significant portfolio within the merged entity, for that I am grateful.

Cons

Workload is heavy. Pace is furious. You will hit the ground sprinting. If you are looking for some proverbial corner to hide, there will be none.
