Pros

- great colleagues - teamwork - good location

Cons

- no work life balance - a lot of work - the pay is not suitable for the amount of work - management do not care about anything other than the business itself even though they promote great company values; - no transparency about anything; - things change overnight without any prior notice to the team; - senior management do not care. Not proud for working there and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a stable full time job.

Even though you are no longer with Sopro, we value balanced feedback and views of all team members - both past and present. It's great to hear you enjoyed your colleagues, teamwork and the location within our Skopje office during your time with us, we really do have fantastic people. Thank you for sharing your thoughts relating to workload. This is something we are aware of and is a prioirty for us with numerous automation activities currently underway to address this. I'm sorry to hear that you do not feel that the business has been transparent in its communications. Transparency and open communication is a priority, not just for me personally but across the leadership team. Our aim is always to communicate as much as we can, as soon as we can - though I appreciate we don't always get it right. As a business we are always looking for ways to improve, and that includes our internal practices for the benefit of our people. Thank you once again for sharing your feedback, I wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

Sopro is a good place to gain working experience, understand how lead generation works and interact with international clients. Not a place to stay, but a place to learn if you're self-motivated.

Cons

Company's primary concern is brand reputation. When it get difficult employee's benefits are the first thing they're cuting. But hey, we're drinking coffee from branded paper cups ;)
