Unstable work environment, highest turnover rate I've ever seen! Management demands a lot of their employees to compensate for lack of staff, and doesn't communicate effectively amongst themselves and their employees so things get lost in translation a lot of the time. Employees are grossly underpaid for the amount of work they do ( before I left I glass doored my position and found I make 8K less than the average person in my position) and not appreciated. This is one of the most stressful companies I have ever worked for, and each day gave me an anxiety attack.
The standard workday is 8-5 (most days without a break) and you will be judged if you don't stay past 5.
Employees receive no vacation days for at least one year of employment- technically you receive 5 days after being with the company a year, but the vacation days will begin the January of the following year (example: if you started in April 2012, you get your 5 days January 2014) and two sick days a year. You can work up to 12 days in a row without a day off. I wish I would have rsearched the company more before accepting a position, if I had I would not have worked here.
