Cost cutting and saving,- high attrition rate .poor management My experience - ppl changed frequently and “ lost in transition “ , hardly finding the information , limited or lack of resources and support , merely asking you to do the job , complete the tasks . My view is , to certain extent , its company responsibility to provide reasonable resources and support for your employees.

No long term vision. Company is over 200 years old and they only barely know what they want to do in the next year. Way too focused on trimming costs instead of innovating Lots of very smart people but they are always leaving because they're overqualified for what the company uses their time doing The biggest problem you'll face is just the organization itself
