u can learn a lot from here, good for the entry level, but not a good palce to satay long. also very bad salary

fast growing, not too old, exciting enviroment, friendly coworkers, fresh graduatea everywhere make u feel u r still in compus and young enough to do everything

the bad location, extra work without extra money. not.a good hr system. not caring the emoloyee at all. no human rights here

Pros
It is one of the most famous real estate website in China. Easy to get in touch with great real estate companies or project. A wide range of contacts made in the domestic real estate or to invest in search of work is very helpful.
Cons
The payment is not good. It is a private owned company and the boss just care the results. Employee welfare is not good.
