Pros

You will regret joining this company. Do not leave your current job and join this company. If you are jobless wait for the right company but not this.

Cons

1. To the founders of the souled store: take this as a genuine feedback. Though, I am sure you will never learn from this feedback. You have only “U” in the souled store which depicts “you the founders”. 2. You have spoiled senior professionals’ career who joined your company for nothing. You should be thankful to the senior people who joined you and did a favour to your company. 3. Founders are very less knowledgeable, no experience and short-sighted. 4. Founders keep decision making control with them and blame others for failures. Irony is feedback of junior employees who have negligible exp and knowledge are heard seriously as they are favourites and in groups. 5. Founders do not understand basic standard processes, policies, SOPs, reports and practices. 6. Junior employees perceive senior new joiners as threat and misguide founders and the worst part is the founders take side of junior people and project friendly image. 7. Founders treat senior employees as liabilities due to high salary and set difficult targets. If you do not have that much of understanding to understand senior industry professionals, then why do you hire? 8. Founders are confused what to be done and do not take right decisions. Four founders confused between them and confuse other people as well. 9. The company does not have any welfare programs, no proper workplace and boasts high about it. 10. Founders will listen to those junior and older employees who will say "Yes" to them. 11. They hire senior employees to get the work done with inefficient team members. And they expect the senior employees complete the unachievable targets. 12. Founders are so naive that they do not even analyse right and wrong and will jump to giving feedback. 13. In the name of culture, they have employed youngsters who are very polite and soft spoken but speak ill and back bite and speak ill. 14. This is the company who deducted salary in March when there was no lock-down in the name of corona. 15. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY ONLY TO REGRET LATER. WAIT FOR RIGHT OPPORTUNITY IF YOU ARE JOBLESS. ALTHOUGH I HAVE LEFT THE COMPANY BUT TAKE THIS ADVISE, DO NOT JOIN. 16. This company is only good for freshers and less skilled persons. HR was smart enough to hire me.

Pros

It's a classic case of a small, chaotic startup that pretends to be a big brand. A brand that pretends to be awesome, wholesome and fun, but in the background is toxic, insecure and confused. In the name of being progressive, the employees work like manual labourers, hardly anyone stays beyond a few months. Most people are young and inexperienced, and are wrecking their mental and physical health without realising it. The upper management - if you'd call it management - has no idea of how to make things better, leading everyone to believe that they are absolute geniuses. It's a self-absorbed lie that when everyone believes in, becomes the truth. The Souled Store is a brand that loves pop culture - while breeding a poisonous employee culture of indifference, inhumanity and mismanagement.

Cons

People here are as disposable as their clothes. The management pretends to care about their employees - only on social media. Because it's a brand that deals with pop culture, every employee thinks themselves of working in the coolest place possible, so everyone is lying to themselves. The inexperienced people are the ones who think that they know everything, so they go around acting as if they're doing the greatest job ever. The brand tries to push so many products that neither employees, not customers have no idea what they are selling or buying. The HR is extremely inexperienced and indifferent. The company is very cheap - they will try to find every way to make as many deductions in your salary. If you've stuck it beyond a few months, you're probably the founder of The Souled Store. Lastly - and this is a lesson every company should know - no matter how cool you pretend to be - IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO TREAT YOUR EMPLOYEES WITH DIGNITY AND HUMANITY, YOU'LL NEVER BE COOL.

Pros

Nothing to be very honest.

Cons

One of the co-founders(Harsh Lal) is the most know-it-all person one could ever meet. He needs to let people do their things they are best at and focus on hiring better people for more efficiency. In retail, all you would ever do would be mostly donkey work. They don't need smart people, they only need laborer's. They have Bad work culture in all of Retail. Managers are underqualified and foul-mouthed and also majorly sexists. Working extra hours like literally 12-13 hours straight. The HO people seem to get leaves whenever they want but the ones at the stores will never. If you really look forward to Retail as a career and have studied for the same, I would totally not recommend The Souled Store. No future here. Once you leave from here you'd realize that this experience doesn't matter at all. Lost all the respect for TSS as a brand that once was my favourite.
