Pros

People are what drive this organization. It is great to see a place that openly discusses better and invests in people who want to be better. Not for those looking to float by.

Cons

More together time for the national/remote team.

Pros

Other than a free lunch once in awhile from other vendors catering for us. Nothing.

Cons

Terrible management. No work/life balance. Very misogynistic, not a pleasant place for women to exist. If you're not a sales manager they don't care about you. Was told my team chit-chat too much even though work performance was never effected and then gaslit that it was never implied that way. While at the same time other managers and teams would stop by every person's desk on their way to their office and never got told it was excessive. They'd rather have robots that didn't talk to each other and kept their hand on the mouse moving all day. Perks were being taken away from specific employees like going from 2 days WFH to 1 a week, but was not applied company wide. Never had a performance review for 3 months and then before my 6 month mark was let go due to inaccurate performance even though I was getting praise from peers that same week. Conveniently, this came about 2 weeks after my whole team decided to address the toxic work environment and our frustrations with the company in a meeting with our manager. They waited until the end of a Friday workday and after I'd just completed prepping a ton of work for current projects. Can you say retaliation?
