Fosters growth and pushes you to constantly improve. You will have every opportunity to grow your career in whatever way you want, but stagnation is not an option.

Cons

People who are not self starters will struggle in this environment.

Transparent growth Team conversations about strategy and direction are welcome Challenges teammates to continue to get better and grow

Working through growth periods can be challenging, though the transparency and openness has helped bridge gaps, that isn't to say that we have not run into things that we've had to iterate on- the plus side of that is the team has been open to feedback
