      - Women in leadership - Some travel opportunity

      Cons

      - Most of the leadership are narcissistic and boderline sociopathic at times - Unrealistic career expectations are dangled in front of you like a carrot to make you stay - Management is nepotistic in some departments and human resources is a joke - Most meetings are hard to fit into because there is so much ego in the room - Feels like you are shot back in time working there - not very progressive at all
