Unfair, the employees who are hardworking are treated poorly while lazy seniors are paid more then others. Company is making a profit yet they refuse to share some of it with its hardworking employees. You will not get a single penny raise from this company., when you are getting paid poorly already. Taco Bell pays better then this place and there is one nearby. You are better off finding another company, doesn't matter what position you are applying for, it is not worth it.

Hiring process is sketchy. They outsource their recruitment so any follow emails from them after applying usually ends up in your spam. If you happen to make it to an interview they can’t answer simple follow up questions about the position or role, and should you make it to the next round of the hiring process do hope they communicate, as I had to follow up with them several times after given an expectation of 3 days only to be told after the time I reached out the position had been filed. Extremely frustrating and unprofessional!
