Source International is a growing company. They have recently changed their strategy to keep all employees aware of the successes and opportunities that the company is having. Good benefits. The owner is accessible to the employees and wants the employees to enjoy coming to work. We have a monthly employee engagement day where we have donuts or coffee things like that
