Micro management No career progress You can get seriously hurt, as there is no safety procedures on site. Working under constant stress, battled by management, team leaders. No work - life balance. Your machine can breakdown 10 minute to end of your shift and you are still asked to stay and help others, even if you already worked for 12 hours.. If you not partner up with senior management - your career will end up suddenly. If you are friend or family to senior management, you can sit on manager sit within 1-2 years of employment.
