-No work life balance: they require long hours from you, up to 14 hours of your day, six days a week, dedicated to them on and off the clock. You will have no time for anything else.
"If you're on time, you're late. If you're early, you're on time."
-Toxic work environment: on the surface, they force everyone to put up the facade that everyone is always happy and loving their job. Any deviation from this norm gets you peer policed, as everyone will report on your every action and behavior.
-No benefits or compensation until 90 days, and you will have a private discussion about it with your branch owner. They talk about "satellite trips" and paid vacation for people who can earn it, but those are worthless. The satellite trips are not covered besides gas money if you drove and a hotel room you will be sharing with multiple other people.
The system is not designed for you to succeed, it's designed to squeeze out as much as possible from you before replacing you.
