      Pros

      I spent many years at Southco and look back on it as a genuinely rewarding part of my career. The business has a strong culture, supportive people and a global mindset that gives you exposure to colleagues and projects all around the world. If you take initiative, there are plenty of opportunities to develop, lead projects and broaden your skill set.

      Cons

      Decision-making can be slow at times due to the size of the organisation. Some systems and processes feel dated and can create bottlenecks. Resource constraints can limit the speed of delivering projects. Career progression depends heavily on your department and location.
