Pros

Automony Excellent front line staff

Cons

Culture of face fits for promotional roles. Like to promote a voice piece to tow the line despite whether they are able to do the job or not. Personally saw people promoted who have a bad track record. But very good at speaking with the right people. All the honest, hardworking people leave and Southdown is left with clones of senior management. Where no one feels heard or communicated with, no accountability, blaming others, generally the poor hardworking schmucks that are holding teams and services together.

Pros

There is no doubt that this company truly values employee wellbeing above all else, its evident that Southdown Housing truly attempt to act as a Force for good for both vulnerable adults and their own employees. The company offers a very stable hybrid work life balance, amazing benefits and will always encourage you to develop further.

Cons

The technology is somewhat outdated as the general system is noticeably slower when working from home and has been stressful to work with , but upgrades are being planned and are in the works.
