Pros

As long as you have a strong work ethic you will be recognized come time for the yearly raises. Management doesn't ask a lot from employees, just show up and while on company time do your job. The benefits offered are reasonably priced, they also offer paid vacation and sick time. The best parts of working for Southern is I'm always home to eat dinner with my family.

Cons

Haven't run into any cons so far.
