      Great place to work. Hybrid work schedule and flexible when time off is needed. The work is demanding but rewarding, and help is always available. Team oriented environment. Ability to work across different areas of expertise and learn new things.

      Pros

      I genuinely enjoy coming to work each day. I learn something new all the time, and I've been given opportunities to grow that I wouldn't have had elsewhere. Management is supportive, approachable and always willing to help when I have questions. The team works well together, and there's a culture of learning, collaboration and helping each other succeed. The variety of clients keeps the work interesting, and I feel like my contributions are valued.

      Cons

      As with most marketing agencies, the workload can be fast-paced and priorities can shift quickly. Staying organized, communicating well and taking responsibility for your work are important. While it can be challenging at times, those experiences have helped me grow professionally and build confidence in my abilities.

      Love working here. I have partial remote options, understanding and supportive coworkers and amazing clients. I get paid well to do something I love.
