Pros
1. Fantastic Direct Management Team. 2. Plenty unused equipment to polish your skills and knowledge. 3. Staff members around the academy are generally really nice and understanding. 4. Free Coffee prior to first break starting and delicious meals (not free for staff). 5. One colleague was really supportive and fun to be around whilst working together. 6. High Pension Contributions
Cons
1. No linear career progression. 2. One colleague was really egotistical who only believed he was right at all times. Despite having the second in line title, has no depth knowledge in IT rather than the academy’s infrastructure. When asked for help, refused to cooperate in a team and would constantly refuse to accept radios or phone calls because of his “second in line title” when vast responsibilities are the same. 3. “waiting list” for parking on premise when parking bays are generally available but the principle is selective. 4. One small mistake could lead to your probationary period being extended which is unfair and cheeky as members in control dislike to spend money. 5. No true benefits apart high pension contributions - mediocre holiday entitlement 6. Lack of salary increase expectations 7. HR paid less than 10% of expected wage once and after 2 weeks paid the outstanding wages. Attempted to extend probation period without lawful procedures to prevent sickness pay
