      Experience in appropriate leadership and corporate techniques

      I have to find this is a location for disgruntled employees to vent. I’ve always read these with a grain of salt but I have to be honest in this one this is a company you should choose not to work for you will be missed lead from day one and pay the consequences until you leave

      Pros

      The people who get things done (everyone up to directors) are dedicated and loyal and you'll never meet a more hard working and professional group. They define what a team is supposed to be and it's only because of them (and despite the c levels) that the Space Foundation succeeds. The benefits, time off, holidays, good things that carried over from a time before the current leadership, but the CEO will start hacking away at those because he wants people to work even harder than they already do even though he is never at work.

      Cons

      The people who claim to get things done (top leadership) will take the credit and fire anyone who disagrees with them. Especially the CEO and COO, who are completely hypocrites and narcissistic jokes. And then there is the CFO and CFO's mini-me who don't care and are just passing the time and collecting checks until they retire. The only leaders who cared and had respect have been cleared out (fired or laid off).
