have to be self motivated, there is still chance to learn something by yourselves. work schedule is flexible
Cons
communication within the company is very bad. No management at all. no pain no gain does not apply here work schedule is flexible, but this also means you have to over work during the holiday or night time without any over time pay. No annual employee review. no salary raise at all. Stock option is a joke.
