      Pros

      There are some really nice people who work for Spare Time and it is a fairly casual work environment.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, Spare Time does not care about their employees at all. They deny them proper overtime, meal and rest breaks, do not properly follow OSHA standards, and it is reflected by their nearly 50% employee turnover every year. They pay extremely low wages for their industry, and have several employees that have loyally worked for them for years that are still making minimum wage.

      Pros

      Club membership with employment. That's honestly all I have a a pro.

      Cons

      Terrible management. This company has no integrity. Zero respect for employees. Breaks employment laws and ignores claims of harassment.
