Pros
All around an excellent company to work for. The team is competent and easy to work with, and they all work hard at their jobs. The flexible hours and vacation policies make time off relatively stress free. - Diverse and challenging projects across the whole stack - Flexible hours and schedules - Remote work (no transit) - Generous PTO policy - Employee equipment supplied as needed
Cons
- Remote work (few in-person gatherings with coworkers) - International business means sometimes odd hours (timezone juggling) - Small company so career advancement is less will defined than in larger orgs
