Fully remote - no office so never going back to hybrid in person. But they do offsites where everyone stays in a hotel for a few days so you do eventually meet the people you work with. If you have a good manager, you'll like your job. Managers are trusted and they can support you. Some roles spend more time with customers then with coworkers, so customers can also feel like your team. Unlimited vacation but it's usually around 4 weeks for a full time job.
