Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your Spartan experience did not meet your expectations. We acknowledge that there has been a lot of change over the last few months as our organization prepares to enter a period of rapid growth.
Throughout the implementation of these changes, we have attempted to be as transparent as possible and have been working hard to improve the employee experience at Spartan. Some of these recent initiatives include introducing company-wide communications tools, conducting bi-weekly town halls with the CEO and senior leadership, improving our employee benefits package, and implementing work from home allowances. We are also working to introduce a best-in-class performance management tool and process to ensure that employee development opportunities are captured and actioned in a more structured manner as we scale.
Here at Spartan, we believe everyone has a voice, and everyone's opinion matters, regardless of seniority, position, gender, age, or any other factors.
