Incompetent management that doesn’t care about individual workers, you can greet them and they look at you as below them, they yell at employees and all around just under pay people, you get “cross training” which means, other people left and now you need to learn their job and you won’t get a pay raise for it

The Quality management is absolutely horrible! The supervisor is sexist, when I first started I was told that the previous quality inspectors were female and they had issues with the supervisor and nothing was done about it. I started having issues with him as well, he was always trying to write me up over complete nonsense. I tried to switch departments and they ended up firing me.
