The people are nice to get along with, friendly and kind. You will make friends easily here. Unlimited PTO Ok Pay
Cons
Everything else. No structure. No order. No HR (yes). No organization. Managers have little experience with managing with "Director" titles. They can sell but they can not make any money. The place is unsafe with one working bathroom and not enough exits. If there is a fire the place would go up in flames. They did not fire someone who had a mental breakdown and scared half of the company who obviously is deeply disturbed. They do not pay their vendors. They like to spend but not pay and they take the jobs that no body else wants. They do not have an ERP system. Within 30 days you will already be looking for another job because it will stress you out so much. The stress is not worth it. A revolving door.
