Pros

Discounts are gonna make you spend every month. There are limits to how many bikes you can buy but at 60% off it's worth it. Great colleagues. Great work hours. Great benefits including insurance and medical.

Cons

Progression feels limited. Better be using their brand or you're gonna be ridiculed. You may be doing more than expected. If you ride other than road you'll feel a little left out.
