Terrible business decisions made in a vacuum by totally unqualified managers that are friends of owners and management. They don't take the time to understand the individual markets before making ridiculous business decisions that harm the business that they end up walking back. Then they blame the branches. Poor benefits, antiquated systems, and micro management down to daily activity.

Limited to no advancement opportunities, Benefits are not up to standard with other companies of their size, Compensation not comparable other companies.

work was challenging and yet easy. good crew when i was there.

Cons

machines kept breaking. you will be laid off and expect to not get called back regardless of what management says to you.
