      Pros

      Not much with Spectrix specifically. Good amenities and learning opportunities at customer sites.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Lots of gossip and bullying, and screaming matches in the middle of customer labs. Practically no oversight of anyone or anything. Many instances of managers digging through employee files for gossip, illegally deleting hours from people's timesheets, etc.
