      If you like intense traveling, you will like this job a lot. Plenty of chances to get out of Singapore

      Plenty of challengers, flicker minded decision maker, no business direction, no concrete strategies, waste organization resources and messed up internally

      Pros

      The people. We are a family, and I drive into work excited to spend time with smart, passionate, and collaborative people. The work is challenging and exciting, and gives back as much as you give. I have great work life balance, so when I do have to stay late or come early I am happy to do it because I know I am contributing to our strategy.

      Cons

      The work can be manual because we are a big business on some legacy systems, but I know it is in our plans to improve this as we grow.
