Misguided middle management, typical old school, boy's club mentality. Dallas store management team works HARD to maintain morale in an understaffed, tension filled work setting. General Manager and Asst managers put up with extreme one-sided policy versus sister store in Irving. The manager at that location seems to operate under a slightly different set of rules. He does not seem to have a structured management style or any accountability. There have been several alleged cases of sexual harassment, bigotry and a lack of basic safety concerns. Speedco sounds good on paper, but in Dallas it is operating with profit margins not staff well being in mind. Oh, btw, just ask the staff about the voluntary (read mandatory) survey they are "requested" to take every year. I use to report to work well paid and feeling like I worked for the mafia. I took a pay cut just to leave.
