Pros

managed to raise a lot of capital in 2021 but had little to show for it , looks like in trouble now

Cons

tech leadership are not cut out for the job, just got lucky company is not doing great in retaining customers, poor product and lots of tech issues lack of a clear plan for the future

Peers are okay and able to work as a team

Cons

The only C-team can be trust is COO. Other C-team (CEO and CFO) only mind their position and salaries. They even forced some employees to resign (yes, forced to resign) and didnt pay their compensation and bonus (as they promised). Cant trust senior management again. Just be careful when you want to join this company

Founding team has resigned, investors now looking for profits and cutting down costs. No job security, we've been told that the layoffs are purely for business needs not because of personal performance. So can't trust company anymore. Total headcount is reduced from 259 to 40.
