Pros

Small community, little supervision, really chill atmosphere. Just do your job, make the numbers in time, and don't be late/miss work.

Cons

Not climate controlled, so winters are cold. No bathroom near machine being operated on. Seniority rules, and the most junior person has been there for five years do if layoffs ever occur, you'll always be first. Also pay scale tops out at $22.50/hour currently so you lose motivation to excel when there's no incentive for doing better.
