      Get experience in a startup Get experience in innovation Small, friendly workplace Nice location in downtown Pleasanton Good work from home policy

      Sales environment is toxic Whole company jumps to carry out CEOs stupid ideas Understaffed and scrambling to support poorly architected product Struggling to scale and burning everyone out in the process Only a few people at the very top will get any reward if company is acquired or goes public Talent is starting to bail

      Blame game... everything falls on Front Line Sales

      Pros

      Compelling value proposition albeit for early adopters.

      Cons

      Poor regional sales management. Overall culture of ADD. Tremendous, unrealistic pressure for results not consistent to where the market is on the solution they provide. Senior management motivates using fear and intimidation and that permeates the entire organization. Blame game, second guessing is rampant. Successful deals are 2 parts luck/timing and 1 part any significant repeatable process. They could outgrow this but overall a very immature company.

      Pros

      The team at Spigit is great. All are smart, energetic, and bring fantastic attitudes to the office. Executive team doesn't act "too big for their britches." They're approachable, thoughtful, fun, and welcome feedback/thoughts from employees in all departments. The market we're in is exploding. More companies are starting to understand the real benefits of crowdsourced innovation. Spigit's the #1 innovation management software on the market, so we're in a great position of growth.

      Cons

      We have multiple offices around the world. This, of course, causes problems with time zones.
