Pros

Great Healthcare plan Good for getting the foot-in-the door for "experience"

Cons

Extremely rigid and inflexible hours despite being salaried, while higher management seldom works or comes in 5-6hours late and leaves after 2-3 hours No benefits (vacation, sick days, raise, 401k etc...) until a full year of employment reached Everyone ends up doing much more than their job title and description Very unorganized Hostile work environment (everyone is scared of the CEO and his wife) Lots of yelling matches between veteran employees and management Extremely low pay compared to similar job titles, but with more unrelated work Condescending management If one employee leaves, they do not hire a new one, one or two people are expected to pick up the slack without more pay They do not value employees that are not salespeople Dress code despite not interacting with public or anyone else No job training provided for many. You are simply expected know everything and do everything properly Being sick or injured is met with hostility and/or disbelief Outside hobbies are frowned upon for new hires if they may interfere with one or less days of work per year. Little or no prospect of job growth for most positions

Pros

Fellow employees were very nice and great to work with.

Cons

Training period is being left alone with a binder of ISO regulations and abstract company procedures to read for three weeks (at least) then quizzed on what you read for the last hour of every day. If you don't show proficient knowledge of the binder at the end of every day you are yelled at. The yelling doesn't stop once you leave training. Working there was like being in an abusive home - you knew that someone was going to be yelled at that day and you just hoped it wasn't you. Management would also yell at our medical reps which I believe is problematic since we relied on these reps to sell our product.
