      The people and the culture. Awesome, hard working, caring people. Pay is good, and the health insurance is darn near 100% covered by the company.

      many paid holidays, decent benefits, no real expectations for job

      Cons

      racism and sexism run strong. Scared, inept, and indecisive executive team will ultimately makes this house of cards crumble.
