      -Great people, great culture, and great clients -Owners are very supportive of employee needs -Leadership team does good job of securing "good clients" and protecting culture/employees -Fantastic creative team - really great output -High level of strategy behind creative -Unique identity in B2B space (good niche) -Exceptional work/life balance -Cool office -Free nuts

      - Fun, light hearted and down-to-earth culture - For the most part the leadership team is transparent and honest with their employees

      Cons

      - Leadership team is undisciplined, extremely unprofessional, and aimless - One specific employee carries the entire company - The most unorganized company I've ever worked for. If someone leaves it's a complete crisis. - Work/life balance is terrible.
