Spireon did not have the best ELD product

Doing what is “Right” is not encouraged. Only concern is cutting cost and pushing out cheap product. Greed has changed this company. Product is now unreliable and employees are not supported. CEO has fired all of the people who created this company and built the product. Profit is his one and only concern. All corners have been cut! The product failures and inventory issues are proof that the cuts & layoffs have increased profit but lessened value of our product. In the past the customer and product was top priority and that is no longer the case. Continual lay offs = increased workload for employees with no increase in compensation or support. Cheap product = device issues and unhappy customers. Spireon is a very stressful work environment. Employees are always afraid of being let go whenever they receive a meeting invite. Sad to see such an innovative and supportive workplace no longer exist.
